This Privacy Policy explains how Lead Infotech Business WLL ("Mualimak", CR 184396-1) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use mualimak.com. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2.1 From tutors (registered users):

• Full name, email address, and password (hashed — never stored in plain text)
• Phone number and WhatsApp number
• Profile photo, biography, and headline
• Gender, nationality, years of experience, qualifications, curriculum
• Subjects, areas, grade levels, session type, languages, availability
• Hourly rate and country of operation
• Payment information — handled exclusively by TAP Payments. Mualimak never stores card details.

2.2 From families and students (visitors):

Families browse without an account. We do not collect personal information from families. We collect only browser/device type, pages visited, and country selection (session cookie).

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Passwords are hashed and salted. Never stored in plain text.
• Payment data is handled exclusively by TAP Payments.
• Data is retained while the tutor account is active. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days.

• Display tutor profiles to families
• Process monthly subscriptions via TAP Payments
• Send transactional emails via Brevo: registration, activation, expiry warnings, deactivation, password reset
• Log WhatsApp click counts per tutor for display in dashboard and admin panel
• Analyse usage to improve the platform
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Mualimak does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

• TAP Payments: processes all subscription payments.
• Brevo: delivers transactional emails to tutors.

Mualimak, the Mualimak logo, name, design, and all associated branding are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Lead Infotech Business WLL. All rights reserved. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any Mualimak branding is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

We may update this Policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
